Group Classes
An Online Group Pilates, Stretching and ELDOA class
I am excited to be offering an online group Pilates, Stretching and ELDOA class!!!
This ongoing class will be a combination of Pilates mat work, strength work, myofascial stretching and ELDOA exercises.
You will safely:
- Strengthen your core
- Stretch and elongate your body
- Create length and space in your spine
And improve:
- Posture
- Body awareness
- Mobility
- Balance and
- Flexibility!
Those exercises will 100% change the way you feel in your body.
🌱Beginners are welcome!
Each class is carefully planned so that the sequence gives you a challenging yet gentle and restorative full body workout designed to make you feel energized, alert, strong and ready for anything.
We will begin with a joint warmup, Pilates exercises, specific strengthening and stretching exercises and will end each session with 1 or 2 ELDOA exercises.
Your body will thank you!!
Class Schedule + Registration:
Class Format:
You can do these classes from the comfort of your home or office, as we’ll meet online via Zoom.
If you can’t make it live, there will be a 48 hour recording made available*.

Schedule:
Every Tuesday at 12:15 pm EST
Every week, on the day of the class, you will receive an email with the Zoom meeting link for that week.
Options:
You can attend as many classes as you want. If you’d like to try out once or twice I recommend to just drop-in for a single class.
If you plan on attending more regularly, the subscription offers a discounted price.
👉🏼 Plus if you can’t make live, every single class will be recorded and available to you for 48hrs.
Registration:
- Drop-in for a single class – $30
- Subscription – $100 every 4 weeks. (4x$25 per class)
Note that classes missed can’t be carried over to the next billing cycle. The Class Recording will be available to you for 48hr if you can’t attend live.
