I’ve been helping people overcome body limitations due to tight joints, posture issues and back pain for over 20 years.
After years of teaching people how to move in ways that help to heal their body (rather than wearing it down), I’ve noticed that it clearly boils down to small, seemingly insignificant – yet powerful- daily habits that help them to keep consistent results in the long term.
All my clients have gone through this process of learning to develop important subtle habits that helped them change their body. Whether they were a middle-aged person recovering from back surgery, a golfer trying to release lower back pain or an ambitious professional feeling the effects of hours on the computer…they made progress by creating tiny new habits that went beyond just exercise in order to support their body in feeling its best.
