Why are these targeted workouts so effective?
These workout sequences address the muscles and fascia (the connective tissue that holds the intelligence of the nervous system) which have fibers that go in many directions.
Circulation of blood and hydration of the fascia is important for maintaining healthy tissues. Creating space in the spine is essential for healing and requires the awareness and preparation that we do with these workouts. Each workout is different, yet works the body with this in mind so can almost instantly feel a difference after every time you exercise with this program.
Every single workout provides factors to progress you towards better attunement, awareness, proprioception and control of your body.
