Good movements = good health!
Did you know that your body needs to move for optimal health?
Maintaining strength, mobility and flexibility in all of our joints – even the small ones – is important for overall balance and well being, and can have a big impact on our overall health.
It all starts with awareness of your spine, which affects posture, breathing, organ function and balance.
When all the joints work well – the body moves more evenly and smoothly and injuries happen less often. Your workouts are easier and you have more energy as your body moves more efficiently.
As I get older (and smarter!) I personally workout more with this concept in mind. I’ve been using this concept as a backdrop for everything I do with my clients as well and they have been having great results.
So I wanted to create something that would make it simple for you to experience the benefits of working this way too!
I created a bundle workout package that includes 3 short workouts that can be done anywhere.
Use them as a warmup for physical activity or sports, or as recovery after a workout. Or simply use them as a way to try out basic fundamental Pilates and ELDOA concepts.
This introductory workout bundle includes 3 short targeted workouts:
- A simple but thorough joint warmup
- A basic Pilates mat workout
- An ELDOA exercise that will elongate your spine and create space in the lower back specifically at L5/S1.
This bundle is a great way to try out Pilates and ELDOA, or address chronic lower back pain. It’s also a great way to nourish your body with movement on days when you have limited time but still need a pick-me-up or recovery go-to routine.
I do these 3 workouts myself regularly. I’ll be honest, exercising with Pilates and ELDOA has changed how I move and how I teach in the best of ways. I’m excited to share this with you!
