Bundle: Basic Intro to Pilates and ELDOA

A self-paced intro course

In this short series of guided videos, I teach the basics of both methods. It includes a basic Pilates mat workout as well as the most basic and important ELDOA exercise.

This bundle is for you if:

  • You want to exercise and don’t know where to start,
  • You have back pain and hope to alleviate it,
  • You are new to Pilates and ELDOA and want to see what it’s really all about, or
  • You sit (or stand) all day and want to learn a quick sequence that you can do to loosen up and strengthen your core.

Pilates, Stretching & ELDOA

Focus on making you feel long, strong and flexible.

These classes are carefully sequenced and focus on a particular area of the body.

They include warmup, Pilates, ELDOA, strengthening, and stretching.

The workouts in each bundle compliment each other according to the focus. 

Spine Align

Pilates and ELDOA for Spine Health.

If you are working on improving your body as you age, beginning a consistent, regular practice that involves focus on your spine alignment will be crucial in keeping you strong, balanced and healthy.

Posture, Breathing and Balance are the components of fitness become more important as people get older.

This program consists of guided awareness exercises, Pilates workouts, myofascial stretches and ELDOA exercises to specifically focus on and address these 3 concerns for a healthy and aligned spine.

Private Sessions

Customized 1:1 Sessions

Every single body is unique, and even your body is different from day to day.

One on one sessions are customized just for you.

It doesn’t matter if you are new to exercise or super fit, this work will change the way you feel in your body.

Private customized sessions offer the opportunity to focus on your movement patterns, address your specific “sticky spots” that are restricting movement, and create a program that will help you achieve your short and long terms goals.
