Work With Me through Private Sessions
Individual one-on-one sessions allow me to pay close attention to your needs and customize a plan for you. Everyone is unique, and I take the following things into consideration when creating your program: your activities, performance, posture, alignment, injuries, pain levels, lifestyle, habits, stress, diet, exercise, and goals.
You have the option to purchase sessions individually or in packages.

How the process will go
To Book Your Package:
Once you choose your package, click the button to purchase it. After the payment goes through you will be redirected to my booking calendar where you’ll be able to choose from the available times the one that best suits your schedule. You will receive an immediate confirmation email as well as reminders as the session days approach.
The sessions will happen via a Zoom Link that you will receive via the email reminders. (If you haven’t used Zoom before, all you need to do is click the link and the download of the app will start.)

You will need to wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, (not too baggy) and no shoes are needed.
Some sort of mat is ideal, a towel or yoga mat is fine. We may also use other props/tools but once we work together I will send links if I think you need to get anything else besides what you have around your home.
Set up your device in such a way that you are in the zoom screen from head to toe and also the width of your mat. (We can troubleshoot this together at the first session.)
Option 1: Single Session
Includes 1 x 60 minute session.
During our time together I will assess your alignment, movement patterns, and goals and come up with a focused, purposeful workout plan that addresses your unique needs.
You will leave with a clear picture of what you can do immediately to address your most important health and fitness concerns.
Option 2: Awareness Package
Includes 5 x 60 mins sessions PLUS a personalized homework program.
Building awareness is very important and where it all starts, no matter what your age or fitness level. This 5 session package gets you started in the right direction at your own speed.
Your sessions will include a combination of yoga, Pilates, and ELDOA plus general strength and conditioning exercises. The sessions will be customized for YOU, whatever fitness level you are at. Each exercise will be chosen based on what your body needs. You will also get a program of targeted, purposeful exercises to do at home on your own so that you build the habit of moving optimally each day.
Option 3: Progress Package
Includes 10 x 60 mins sessions PLUS a personalized homework program.
This is specifically designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who want a bit more consistency, and guidance with their program. We will go deeper into the practice in order to improve your strength, flexibility, posture, and overall health. Whatever fitness level you are at, after 10 sessions you will feel a difference in your body for sure! Your sessions will include yoga, Pilates, and ELDOA plus general strength and conditioning exercises. As always, the sessions will be customized for YOU. Each exercise will be thought out and chosen based on what your body needs for you life and activities. You will also get targeted, purposeful exercises to do at home on your own so that you build the habit of moving optimally each day.
